Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated April 11, 2025. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of DigitalPlat Domain services and any content available through them. By using our services, you agree to these rules and all applicable laws.
Using our services
When you use DigitalPlat Domain, you commit to lawful, responsible behavior. You agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or content to build databases or directories without written permission.
- Misuse the services, including collecting usernames or emails for unsolicited contact or creating accounts under false pretenses.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features.
- Engage in unauthorized framing or linking.
- Mislead others to obtain sensitive information or submit false abuse reports.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, data-mining tools) to access or interact with the services without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the services or their networks.
- Impersonate another person or misuse another user’s identity.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team.
- Use the services to compete with DigitalPlat Domain or for unauthorized commercial exploitation.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass protections in the services.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized tracking tools.
- Disparage or harm the platform, or use it contrary to applicable laws.
Prohibited uses of domain names
The following uses of a domain name or delegated subdomain are strictly forbidden:
- Illegal activity, including exploitation or harm to children.
- Conducting or facilitating criminal acts.
- Harassment, abuse, or threats.
- Distribution of malware, phishing, or unauthorized data collection.
- Violating local, national, or international laws.
- Operating reverse proxy systems that impersonate third-party login, financial, or governmental services.
We may prohibit certain subdomain patterns or categories, including short or brand-like strings, and may require additional verification. Domains found in violation may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
Termination rights
We may suspend, revoke, or delete any domain, subdomain, or user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, especially if:
- We believe the use is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
- The domain creates reputational, legal, or operational risk.
- We receive and verify abuse complaints.
- A user fails to complete required verification or KYC procedures.
We are not obligated to provide an explanation or restore suspended accounts or domains.
Consequences of breaching this policy
Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans. We may report unlawful behavior to relevant authorities and disclaim liability for any consequences arising from enforcement of this Policy.
